Consultant

Simon started his career as a City offices agent in the City of London. He moved into residential and mixed use development where he carved out a niché in the Regeneration market with St George PLC followed by Rydon Group, in central London. He moved back to Scotland becoming a Partner of Knight Frank, a major international real estate firm where he headed up development and sat on the National Board. An experienced property developer, he continues to do with a major scheme in Argyll while also providing Renewables consultancy advice with landowners and wind farm developers.
